3. Quotations and Pricing

- Emergency call-out charges may apply outside normal business hours
- We reserve the right to adjust prices for materials if market prices change significantly
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified on your quotation or invoice
- For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work commences
- Final payment is due upon completion unless alternative terms are agreed
- Late payment may incur interest charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
- We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or card (subject to availability)
5. Cancellations and Changes

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee
- For contracted work, cancellation terms will be specified in the written agreement

- We reserve the right to postpone work due to adverse weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
- We will provide reasonable notice of any necessary rescheduling
6. Our Obligations
We will:
- Carry out work to a professional standard using appropriately qualified personnel
- Comply with all relevant Building Regulations and industry standards
- Provide Gas Safe registered engineers for all gas work
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Provide warranties on workmanship as specified in your quotation
- Dispose of waste materials responsibly in accordance with regulations
7. Customer Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the property and work required
- Ensure safe access to the work area
- Inform us of any hazardous materials or conditions (e.g., asbestos)
- Obtain necessary permissions from landlords or property management where applicable
- Make payment in accordance with agreed terms
- Allow reasonable access for follow-up inspections or warranty work
8. Warranties and Guarantees
- We provide a workmanship warranty as specified in your quotation (typically 12 months)
- Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and materials as per manufacturer terms
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear
- Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the specific work performed
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not liable for defects in workmanship or materials provided by third parties
- Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance as required.
